Unibox Fins 50 mm

The F-One Unibox Fins in 50 mm are replacement or extra fins for twin-tips that use F-One's Unibox system. They are new and are fixed by the heel of the fin in a box on the upper side of the board.

What sets the system apart is that the screw is not built into the thickness of the fin. This keeps the fins thin and reduces their drag. Fin and box take the board in a sandwich, so the board keeps its thin build and all of its flex. According to F-One, this makes the board softer to ride and to land jumps on, less likely to stall, and gives a more progressive edge take. The thin asymmetrical profile also helps with glide and getting on the plane.

To fit the asymmetrical fins in the right direction, they have a colour code on the heel (red and green). The same colour is found in the female part of the board. The box also has a notch for attaching a board leash.
